Learn how our unique techniques address pain and problems that others can’t.
what you need to know before an appointment
What makes your massage therapy different?
My main service that I’m commonly booked for is my tested proprietary blend of myofascial, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage. The kind that gets to the root of lifelong issues. It’s a technique I’ve mastered over the years that’s designed to find all of the of the problems associated with your pain, and not just working on the painful spot like most therapists would do. Your musculoskeletal issues are intertwined in a complex system of a lifelong buildup of fascial adhesions and scar tissue that are pulling all of your joints and bones out of alignment to some degree. This compromises everything in your body, and its why you get one problem stacked up atop another throughout your life. I’m trying to find the source of this lifelong buildup of problems within you, and unroot them one by one for a permanent release and improvement with each session!
The bottom line is: the work that I’m doing is designed to address small pieces of a bigger problem at a time while having breakthroughs each session. When I’m breaking years worth of adhesions, scar tissue, and tension in each session - it’s only a matter of time until we cover enough area to eliminate whatever musculo-skeletal health problems you’re suffering from!
Do you only work with people in pain, or can I come for relaxation?
While we specialize in addressing chronic pain and mobility issues, we also provide relaxation-focused massages to help you unwind and manage stress. I will soon be hiring therapists who can cover more modalities I don’t currently offer such as lymphatic drainage, hot stone, pre-natal, reflexology and more! Sign up for the newsletter to be updated as I find the best massage therapists around!
How can i Help With Issues Others Can’t Solve?
Many therapists only focus on the surface or the immediate area of pain, but the real source of your discomfort is often hidden in interconnected fascial areas of your body. Most practitioners simply aren’t trained to look for these deeper connections, which is why their work often provide only temporary relief.
I’ve developed an unparalleled technique that goes beyond standard approaches. By tracing and addressing tension along entire fascial lines and targeting hidden trigger points, I uncover the root causes of your pain. This unique method identifies and releases areas that others overlook, resulting in substantial and lasting relief that you haven’t experienced before.
With my approach, I don’t just treat symptoms - I solve the underlying problems that have been holding you back, giving you results that feel life-changing.
What to Expect During Your Visit
WHat is fascial programming or Repetitive Strain injuries? (and why is that the key?)
Negative fascial programming occurs when repetitive movements, sustained postures, or overuse in specific professions lead to adverse changes in the body's fascial system. These repetitive or static activities can cause fascial restrictions, decreased tissue elasticity, and musculoskeletal disorders, resulting in pain, stiffness, and reduced functional capacity.
To counteract these effects, implementing ergonomic interventions, taking regular breaks for movement and stretching, and utilizing myofascial release techniques are effective strategies. These approaches help maintain fascial health, enhance mobility, and reduce the risk of injury associated with negative fascial programming.
My proprietary technique specializes in profoundly releasing these repetitive strain injuries, and this is the essential detail that makes my work revolutionary in pain release. I am looking for the true source of your pain - and not just releasing where the pain actually is.
Will the massage be painful if I have a lot of tension?
We fashion every session to your comfort level. While this trigger point and fascial work may feel intense, we ensure it’s within your tolerance to provide effective relief without causing too much discomfort. In fact, it becomes counterintuitive if it is too painful, so we always want it at a moderate and relaxing level.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
It depends on the complexity of your issue. Many clients notice excellent and long lasting improvements even after just one session, but long-term or chronic problems may require multiple sessions for optimal results. Remember, the benefits you are getting with each session are compounding on themselves, leading to improvements that can last months to years the more we address!
How should I prepare for my first session?
After booking, there isn’t much to do. You’ll get multiple reminders before the date. Just make sure you have the address: (9085 E Mineral Cir STE 255, Centennial, CO 80112), show up a few minutes early to do the initial intake forms, and we’re good to go.
Can I go back to my regular activities right after my massage?
For most clients, yes. You even have a window of opportunity to start rebuilding those connections between your muscles and your brain as I’m resetting and undoing the bad programming. However, if we’re addressing deep or chronic issues, you may feel some soreness for a day or two as your body adjusts. We’ll provide aftercare tips to help you recover smoothly.
